About Terms CLM
Terms CLM is built by Agreement Software Works, LLC. in Colorado. We make the agreement record the business runs on — for organizations that have outgrown a shared drive and do not need a year-long legal-ops suite to get there.

What we build
A multi-tenant workspace where you store agreements, extract key terms, run approvals, track renewals and obligations, and keep vendor and procurement context next to the signed file.
We do not sell industry-specific modules, usage telemetry, or a public client portal. If a page on this site ever sounded like that, it was wrong. The product is the source of truth.
What we do not claim
- Made-up customer counts, star ratings, or savings percentages
- Native connectors we have not shipped (Workday, Procore, SAP, DocuSign, and similar)
- That AI output is a legal review, a redlining agent, or a substitute for counsel
- That we discover installed apps, count seats, or replace your expense system
- That every plan includes a dedicated success manager or an SLA we have not written

How we differ from a shared drive
Shared drive + email
- Hard to know which PDF is current
- Dates live in someone's calendar
- Approvals scatter across inboxes
- Procurement notes disappear after award
Terms CLM
- Versions attached to one contract record
- Renewal and notice dates on a dashboard
- Staged approvals with a decision trail
- Bids and projects can follow into the live contract
Product, plainly
Analysis of the executed file
Upload a PDF. The summary service extracts text and returns structured fields and a summary. You still decide what is correct. Verification-first — not an agent that redlines the other party.
Procurement when you need it
Optional five-phase projects, bids, and award into a contract. Not required if you only need a repository and renewals.
Security posture
Multi-tenant isolation, role-based access, and version history. We do not put a certification badge on the site unless we hold that certification.
Plans you can read
Plans are listed by users and contract volume. Business adds approvals and role-based access. Enterprise adds SSO. A briefing is the usual first step.
Request a briefing
Sit with the product as it ships. Plans are published for teams that already know.
