For leaders who own contracting

The language of the agreement, under control.

Terms CLM is the agreement record the business runs on: the live file, the dates, the approvals, and committed value — in one tenant. Analysis is a first pass that does not leave it.

Terms CLM — the agreement record the business runs on

The record

What the business keeps in Terms CLM

Analysis, approvals, renewals, and committed value on the same record — beyond a shared drive, not another year-long suite.

Analysis of the executed file

Upload a PDF and receive structured summaries: parties, dates, obligations, and notable terms. Treat it as a first pass. Analysis stays in your tenant — documents are not used to train shared models.

Procurement to award

Run requirements, solicitations, bid comparison, and award in one workflow. Promote a winning bid into a contract with history preserved for renewals.

Renewals and notice windows

Configurable alerts before key dates so notice windows and auto-renewals do not close unattended. Route the right owners before time runs out.

Committed spend on the record

See contract value by vendor and status. This is committed value on the record — not a second ledger, and not SaaS discovery.

Bids and quotations

Score proposals consistently, document selection rationale, and keep evaluation notes with the record that becomes the live contract.

Security and audit trail

Multi-tenant isolation, role-based access, and version history designed for audit readiness. Control of the record without a year-long IT program.

How it works

Beyond a shared drive for PDFs

Repository, analysis, approvals, and renewal on one record — so finance, IT, procurement, and legal stop arguing about which file is live.

Analysis that produces usable structure

Terms CLM does more than store PDFs. Analysis turns agreements into searchable fields and summaries you verify — inside your tenant boundary. It is not a redlining agent or a legal review.

Coverage from sourcing through renewal

Many tools start after signature. We support procurement projects and bids so context is not lost when the contract goes live — and renewals start with history, not a blank slate.

Performance that stays out of the way

Search and uploads stay usable as the portfolio grows, without a multi-year implementation program.

Serious capabilities, published plans

Versioning, teams, approvals, and audit-friendly history are part of the product path — not mysterious add-ons you discover after procurement.

Vendor and supplier agreements

Vendor context next to the contract

Keep supplier records, related agreements, and performance notes connected so renewals and risk reviews start with facts, not memory.

Terms CLM — the agreement record, not another suite

A briefing, not a checkout

Sit with the record before you buy a year-long suite

We show repository, analysis, renewals, and approvals as they ship. Plans exist for teams that already know. The conversation starts with the agreement.

FAQ

Common questions about Terms CLM

Straight answers on the record, analysis, security, and who we serve.

What is contract lifecycle management (CLM) software?

CLM software is the system of record for agreements: store the live file, track dates and obligations, run approvals, and see renewals before they auto-roll. Terms CLM is that record plus committed value on it — repository, first-pass analysis, approvals, vendors, and renewals, with optional procurement. It is not an authoring/redlining suite and not a SaaS discovery tool.

How does AI contract analysis work in Terms CLM?

You upload a contract PDF. Analysis extracts text and produces structured outputs you verify: summaries, key dates, parties, and notable terms. Results stay with your tenant. Treat the output as a first pass — not a legal review, and not an agent that redlines the other party's paper.

Is my contract data used to train shared AI models?

No. Processing is designed for tenant isolation. Your documents are not used to train public or shared models for other customers. Treat AI output as assistance — owners remain accountable for final decisions.

Who is Terms CLM for?

Finance, IT, procurement, operations, and legal leaders who need one dependable record — and are done treating a shared drive as a CLM. Teams that outgrew email and Drive, not teams buying a six-figure legal-ops suite.

Does Terms CLM support procurement and bids?

Yes. You can run multi-phase procurement projects, manage quotations/bids, compare proposals, and promote awards into contracts so context is not lost after signature.

How do renewals and deadlines work?

Key dates can be tracked with configurable alerts (for example 90/60/30-day windows) so owners get notice before auto-renewals or termination windows close. Pair alerts with approval workflows when sign-off is required.

Is Terms CLM a SaaS spend or discovery tool?

No. We store the signed MSA and order form, extract the end date, and put committed value on that record. We do not inventory installed apps, count seats, or pull usage from Okta, Slack, or AWS. If unused licenses and shadow IT are the problem, use a SaaS management platform alongside the contract record.

How should we evaluate CLM software?

Can you find the live agreement, see the dates, run approvals without email, and catch renewals before they auto-roll? Request a briefing — we show the record as it ships.

How do pricing plans work?

Plans scale by team size and contract volume. Professional adds procurement and bids. Business adds approvals and role-based access. Enterprise adds SSO. Review plans for current limits. A briefing is the usual first step.
